I am deeply interested in biodiversity conservation. While I am not yet actively involved in this field, it is an area I care strongly about and wish to engage with more seriously. I would like to learn, contribute where possible, and explore any projects or initiatives in Morocco where volunteering is possible.

There are several opportunities to engage in conservation initiatives, including work related to Key Biodiversity Areas (KBAs). KBAs are sites that contribute significantly to the global persistence of biodiversity and are identified using standardized, science-based criteria. Activities around KBAs often involve biodiversity monitoring, data collection, stakeholder engagement,and awareness-raising with local communities.
I would encourage you to explore local NGOs, research institutions, and conservation programs that work on protected areas or priority sites, as many of these are directly linked to KBA-related work. Engaging with KBA initiatives can be a good entry point to gain practical experience while contributing to nationally and globally important conservation efforts.
